doom and gloom scenarios, many sellers are still waiting it out, but buyers are coming sooner rather than later with these interest rates rising.
August is traditionally a slow month in real estate, but two recent buyers have been fervent in their efforts. Anyone thinking of selling should paint that trim now. Autumn may be a better season than we have seen in a long time for sales.
